SMS-alerting

Our Bank offers an "SMS-alerting" service to its customers who hold plastic cards. By subscribing to this one of the most convenient additional service, you will receive the information on transactions made with your card.

How it works

As soon as a transaction has been completed you will receive a short SMS message sent by the Bank to your mobile phone. The SMS massage will specify the time, place and sum of the transaction and your credit-card account balance. Should you get an SMS message on the transaction you did not make, contact our 24-hour support service for card holders immediately by the phone number +7 (495) 225 2627 to block the card.

Advantages of the service:

• You always monitor the expenses on your account. You always know not only about the transactions made with your card but the transactions made with additional Cards issued to your account (if any).
• You always know the credit-cars account balance after the completion of transactions. You need not to make calculations of your balance account after you have made payments using the bank card, especially in cases of successive transactions. This is very convenient during foreign trips as the local currency and the currency of your account differ.
• Such awareness greatly increases the protection level of our Clients who use the plastic cards issued by our Bank.

You can subscribe to the service by filling in the respective Application .

Tariff for using this service makes up 3 USD per month.
